Bath Spa University Students' Union is an Unincorporated Association and is governed by the Union Constitution . The Constitution governs what the Union can do and how it will be administered by the Board of Trustees on behalf of the membership.
Union Code of Practice
Alongside the Constitution, the Union also operates within the Students' Union Code of Practice -Education Act 1994 (Section 22) which is approved annually with Bath Spa Univerity Board of Governors.
These policies and regulations work alongside the Union Constitution; they set out how the Union should be run on a day-to-day basis.
