The Board of Trustees oversees the strategic, financial and legal affairs of the Union.
Chaired by the President, it has all Union Officers the Executive on it along with four external members who give expert advice to the Board.
The Board has four Committees which deal with large amounts of specific business, they are the Appointments Committee, Audit & Risk Committee, Finance & Resources Committee and Remuneration Committee.
