In addition to Raising and Giving (RAG), the Students' Union has a couple of societies which directly help charities - LINKS (the student section of St. John Ambulance and which operates as both a university first aid society and as a unit of the St. John Ambulance) and Amnesty International (a group of students that raise awareness of Amnesty International's human rights work). 

Have you thought of sharing your society's skills and talents with the local community - maybe in the form of demonstrations, workshops and performances or perhaps fundraising?

If this catches your imagination, JustV can help by:

• Providing advice, ideas and contacts.
• Allocating some funding.
• Sourcing appropriate training if required.
• Sourcing materials.
• Covering transport or expenses.
• Providing promotional material.
