Within the Equestrian Society we organise weekly riding lessons for all who are interested at Rectory Farm Riding Stables in Shoscombe. The lessons are £45 for a block of five and we can take any ability from the complete beginner to the advanced. No previous riding experience is required, just a whole lot of enthusiasm.
This year we have been represented at a showjumping competition at Rectory Farm and have been invited to more activities, both formal and informal. We have also been out socially and are a great group of friends and always welcome new members. We are also planning a trip to Bath Races which will be a lovely day out and an intensive beach riding holiday in Devon.
Overall it's a great experience, whether you want to learn a new skill or to keep your riding ticking over whilst at Uni.
