Exercise Classes

  Zumba  |  Yoga 

 

Yoga: Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Commencing at 7pm on Monday 9th October and running every Monday until the 11th December, this class will take place in The Pavillion (located next to Newton and Stanton buildings).

Where?: The Pavillion, Newton Campus (the tent-like building next to Newton and Stanton!)

When?: 9th October and every Monday until 11th December.

What time?: 7pm-8pm.

With?: Joanne.

How much?: £35 SU Gym Members, £45 Non Members.

 

Zumba: The Zumba program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels! Starting on Tuesday 10th October and running every Tuesday until the 12th December. Like Yoga this class will take place in The Pavillion.
