FREE Gym based classes

Gym based classes are only available to Gym members.
 
Please arrive at the gym at least 5 minutes before the starting time in appropriate gym attire.
 

Ab Blast

A variety of routines/exercise that will target the abdominal muscles and helps to improve core strength.

Kettlebells

Performing ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Synergy

Will include functional fitness, strength training and ab exercises all in one session.

Boxercise

Striking combinations and training techniques of boxing to give a combination of an aerobic and anaerobic workout.

HITT Training

High-intensity interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.

All classes will be held in the gym, We do offer FREE one-on-one training or small group training, please see an instructor to book an appointment.

Yoga Class

5 Sessions | Every Monday, 7:00pm | Newton Park

An ascetic Hindu discipline involving controlled breathing, prescribed body positions, and meditation, with the goal of attaining a state of deep spiritual insight and tranquillity.

First session starts on Monday 15th May 2017 (5 sessions in total). 

Due to popular demand, you will not be able to pay for single sessions, block payments only.

 

Gym Members: £15.00 for a block of 5 sessions (£3 per session)

Non-Gym Members: £17.50 for a block of 5 sessions (£3.50 per session)
