The Student-Led Staff Awards were held on Wednesday 16th May 2018.

‘I think I have lost count of the amount of things he's organised just to help us gain extra knowledge and experience to leave the university with.’

‘She’s a credit to her role and takes her job seriously whilst putting the care of students as her first priority!’

‘He looks to get the very best out of each and every one of his students and looks for their individual flair and helps them use it to develop their academic work.’

‘He is hardworking, dedicated and is very knowledgeable in his field. Without his help a lot of us would be lost in the ceramics department, he’s willing to demonstrate anything you need assistance with and takes the time to work with you even if he’s in demand by other students.’

‘As a queer student, having her do what she does is everything I could have possibly wanted out of my university. I'm excited to see what her input can do for the community I love.’

Our Student Led Staff Awards took place on Wednesday 16th May in Commons Atrium.

These Awards celebrated and recognised the positive impact of staff on the Bath Spa student community, whether this be through excellent pastoral care, engaging lectures, going above and beyond their role and championing the student experience.
