Senior Academic Rep Handbook

Updated for 2018/19, this handbook gives further information for Senior Academic Reps including what Quality is, meeting conduct and key university policies. 


The National Student Survey (NSS) - how to use the results as a course rep - this document gives you some background on the NSS and how you can use the results as evidence and to start conversations for feedback on your course. 


Course Rep Signposting Document 

We do not expect course reps to deal with students' personal issues but we also understand that they still may ask for your advice. This document should enable you to signpost them to where they can get the right support.


How to create a Survey on Google Forms 

This how to guide takes you step by step how to create a google form for collecting feedback. Please note that this also has specific instructions for data protection complicance that you should read (Step 9) even if you know how to complete forms already.
